The LifeWork Block System of Practice

At the center of the personal growth structure is the LifeWork Block — a data-driven designed education format for those ready to integrate guided practice, personal insight, and intentional living into their weekly rhythm.

Each 2-hour block is designed to support energetic reset, guided integration, embodied practice, and restoration. Members may choose to attend the full block or selected portions based on their membership level, interests and needs.

Each LifeWork block includes:

Reset & Recharge (15-20 min)
Principles Session (50 min): Guided integration & discussion
Practice Session (50 min): Asana, Kriya, or Meditation/Mantra
Closing Reset (15-20 min)

You're encouraged to select at least one LifeWork Block per week. You can come early for a Reset or stay after—these are optional but highly beneficial. Class replays are available for LifeWork and Practice members.

Live Blocks: 4 weekly (3 In Person (IP) + Livestream (LS), 1 Online (OL) only)
- Sun 7:30a-10a Kundalini Elemental block: Mantra + 10 Bodies of Light (IP/LS)
- Tue 1:30p Foundational Yoga block (OL): Classic Sivananda
- Thur 6:45-9p Kundalini Elemental block: 10 Bodies of Light (IP/LS)
